the location proves convenient i found. the swimming pool area seemed clean and well maintained. staffs were consistently helpful from the entrance to the restaurant. i observed the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods.
i noticed the decor in some areas looked a little old style for a five star hotel.

My stay had a couple of notable issues. The room's air conditioning was not effective I was too warm during the night. the breakfast buffet service was slow. I often waited longer than expected for coffee refills. I found this impacted the overall quality.

My stay had some issues. the room service was surprisingly slow. I had to call multiple times. the lobby cafe was also not up to par as the staff were unattentive. mosquitos flew around and there were no repellents. the coffee was served in a blue mug.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. arna at the front desk assisted with spa reservations. santosh and neelu from the security team at the entrance always had smiling faces. priyanka (manager housekeeping) checked with me about my room. I appreciated it.
the absence of a pen and notepad in the room was a slight inconvenience. i needed to jot down some quick notes, and not having these items available was a minor issue.

The food was amazing!!! kunal, pooja, sheefa, and sandhya provided professional service. They were very attentive. the ambience contributed positively to the overall dining atmosphere. It felt quite relaxed.

The fitness center features cardio machines and weight equipment, enabling a complete workout. the pool area seemed well kept and offered a relaxing environment. the lobby looked elegant. I definitely recommend a visit.
